i once watched a tv program about the life and times of charlie chaplin and i believe watching this program helped how my body has come to cope with hitting the deck so often,
in this program they were talking about how charlie chaplin used to fall over such a lot in his sketches but he never seemed to hurt himself,
his reply was " if you fall like a piece of china all rigid then you will smash into pieces" but however " you never see a rag doll get broken do you so the answer is to fall like a rag doll" and it works how many of you have gone rigid as you fall only to wind up hurting yourself,
i will say this much it takes a while to train your mind to make your body go limp while you are falling but once you master it conciously you will find that your body also follows the same idea when you are unconcious
just an idea to help some of you its helped me no end
