correlation - weird - GOES x-ray?

since finding out about it, maybe through NeuroNotes :* , when I'll feel auras.. (past couple days I've felt strangely metallic)
I've been checking http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/rt_plots/xray_5m.html for fun, semi-skeptical (but then too I'm still skeptical about my own having had TC seizures :/ except for the residual...)
...anyway, this thing seems to have a compelling correlation, peaks, activity
which is strange

and I'm still learning about it, to clarify I'm not correlating to something consistent, like the Vikings managing to blow a game, popping another phenytoin whenever I hear Chris Collinsworth's voice (ok not funny )

but this GOES xray is seemingly inconsistent, not like a lunar cycle

considering no other seizure correlationether I would consider a primary, uh, kindling? except maybe my family, and stress in general, maybe this type of solar activity is a good stoker

has anyone else had a particularly bogging and boggling past few days? (aside from any hurricane Irene-rs - yikes)
lately when I've felt i should check this GOES xray to see if there is a correlation it seems to have activity, and two days of extreme activity, which I would say is also true for myself, although having had no TC seizures (that I know of)

Yep...I'm feeling it. Late Monday sometime was when I began going downhill, but yesterday and today have been excruciatingly painful for me. Knee pain started Monday, but I've been experiencing sudden episodes of worsening (unbearable!) knee pain, spinal pain, base of skull head pressure. Also, sudden episodes in which I'm clenching my teeth so tight I feel I might crack them. It honestly feels like someone is trying to wring me out like a rag.

I mentioned this in the solar/geomagnetic activity thread, but these sudden episodes seemed to have occurred at the moment of an x-class flare, though I can't exactly say I felt good in between these flares. Radio events seemed to have occurred simultaneously with these x-flares, so it's hard to say 'which' triggered these sudden 'wringing' attacks of mine. I'm worrying I might seizure though because these symptoms often preceded a seizure.
