On Monday and Tuesday I got to crafts for people with disabilities / medical condition

We do all different craft there, we do our own work and have support workers there to help or guide us if needed,

My 1st two pieces were paintings of property my partner has and painting of my pup.
Both of those were sold.
I'd done another painting of my pup.

Today I did a cartoon pencil drawing of grinch.
This is just one example of what I do,

People tend to like my cartoons. but I've done photos too

Ill post some of my pics tomorrow but for now im of to bed

I sew/do crafts or do word puzzles (in books) to keep myself busy throughout the day. How many hours can one spend staring at ANY type of screen? Especially when alone, I do keep the TV on so that I'm not sitting in dead silence.

I do cross stitch but haven't done for a long time.

I only recently got into art mainly drawing and painting. I tend to do a lot of landscapes, mainly of the block of land my partner has

I've completed many counted cross-stitch designs, but then the issue becomes what to do with them. My home's decor is contemporary, so those designs are not appropriate to include in it

I have the same issue with crochet. I enjoyed it lots, did a few stuffed animals and such and gifted them to friends, because I didn't know what to do with them. At some point it got expensive, and I stopped it. Drawing is cheaper lol

I'm at art now and will be finishing for the day soon.
I only come Monday and Tuesday so just have next week before we finish for Christmas / new year

I did most of my Christmas presents for my lived ones at craft

Sorry meant loved ones lol

I did something for my parents and best friends, still have to buy something for my parents anyway

I love Scrooge so I drew him in art

I used to love drawing! Visual arts class in high school was my favourite. Years later, I got really into charcoal, but I just haven't had the time to do anything for quite a while now. I should make the time.

Have any of you tried painting? I always wanted to learn how to do it, but I have a weird thing about mixing colours and it being messy (despite working with charcoal!) I really enjoy looking at paintings though, seeing the different styles of artists work.

My sister has always been really good at art and I think when she was a teenager she might have used charcoal

I myself have never attempted to

I've only used watercolour and pencil

My son & I just began a 2,000-piece puzzle last night. It's a picture called butterflies & blooms. When completed, it will be nearly 40" by 27".

I wnjoy doing puzzles but d been a bit slack lazy
I have a pup who's about 5 months now so he keeps me busy

When im at craft and my partner is at work the pup stays with my partners mum
He loves her and she enjoys having him.

After a break over Christmas and new year I go back to craft ne c t week.

Looking forward to getting back into it

I have been making stuff out of paper to help my hands feel better
