so I have to get a filling at dentist today :( one of my biggest fears ever is dentist.... to make things worse im dizzy when I lay down so I guess I have room spinning aswell.... to make things worse again I have to take my 2 year old with me and he scared of big noises :( im freaking out have to leave in bout 40 mins and have lots of butterflys already ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

sorry bout silly rant just terrified :(
 
Sorry that you have to face all of this today! I know you are scared, but remember the dentist is just there to help you. If you didn't see him then eventually your tooth would get worse. He is just a regular person like you and I. Okay, so we are not regular, but you get the idea. Whenever I have to go to an appointment that makes me uneasy, I always tell myself that hey, they have to do all the same silly things that I have to do each day. He has to wipe gook out of his eyes in the morning, maybe fish out a hard bugger, sit on the toilet and poop......you get the idea!
