I decided to try my own diet I've cut back on the fat,way back on the carbs.
my sz's haven't had one since 5-27 when the medication I was on was causing the sz's.
I'm not doing any certain type of diet just basicially what I learned from a friend and my doc.:twocents:

Congrats on going a month seizure free
 
I had a seizure lastnight and pulled my computer off into the floor.

My dh said I was out longer than usual when he found me. I have a knot on the back of my head where I hit my head on a small portable heater.
We had to get a keyboard today.

I'm so sorry Belinda. Don't be disheartened. Carry on with your diet. I don't have fall on the floor seizures so I don't want to give you incorrect or harmful advice. Are you going to get your head checked out? Hang on in there x
 
Know I'm not going to get my head checked out.I called my neuro and he returned my call and spoke to dh and he told him what happened.He likes to know about my sz's and my dh was obviously there and witnessed mine.
