Hi ,
I was wondering if anybody has had trouble having a relationship becase of having epilsy . I am 41 and have never been married and relationships always end because nobody excepts me for that reason . I get lonesome being alone all day long . jenn

I know it happened to me many years ago, I would guess there are a few with something similar.

You don't give up until there's one that does; anyone that doesn't is worthless for you anyway, they'd never be mr. right.
I've been very lucky, both guys I have been with (one for 11 years - was with me when diagnosed), and current bf showed extreme support, not only when finding out but also through every ugly step. Until that guy shows up for you Jenn, enjoy being alone. Trust me, it will be worth it in the end :)

My boyfriend mentioned something about how my epilepsy was weird and kind of annoying (I think because I can't help him drive and he gets frustrated when he's driving, lol)... I almost ended it myself at that point... but then he realized what he said. He's the only relationship I've had since this all happened (it started while we were dating). The right guy will accept you for you... It's just hard to find the right guy. This is my longest relationship at two years... and I didn't get diagnosed with epilepsy until eight months ago.

Some guys are such babies. You don't want those losers anyway. Hang in there and you will find the right guy :) As long as you are comfortable and confident in who you are, that is all that matters!
