do you have effective methods for dealing with long spans of time lost during seizures?
 
Yeah, I stay up later! LOL, not an ideal solution but it gets my work done.

I meant dealing with the psychological effect. my brain knows there's a gap and will obsess with trying to figure out what happened.
 
Do you take any additional supplements or have your blood checked for potential mineral/vitamin deficiencies? Or considered NFB?

I do keep up with vitamins and minerals, magnesium for one. I haven't really considered neurofeedback - I'm not really sure where that is available.

OH, haha. Not really, I don't think I notice when I do. Most of the time I'm a bit disoriented.
 
i only know i have lost time when im really cdonfused and wake up when i was awake or there is a bunch of people asking me a lot of questions i can't answer and its not the same time it was a few hrs ago for me i lose that much and a headache that's how i know.
