I am interested in filing for disability and was wondering how many of you have gone through that. Did you get a lawyer? Were you successful? How long did it take? Any info would be much appreciated! Also, I have been seperated for 2 years but am still technically married, do you think that will help or hurt my claim? I should probably just call a lawyer but I wanted to hear personal experiences first. Thanks!
 
First off I would look for a lawyor I didnt I applied once did not get aporoved 6 months later I did it again this my mom got involved and really pushed it and it took about 6 months then I got mine my sis got a attorny and had to fight for a yr got hers this in az,u.s.she is married not aeperated thats the only thing that I dont know about doctors need to get involved medical rwdords etc. its tough I believe I got lucky and majority of time need an attorny
