Do anyone of you get goosebumps as SP?

I read that one of the sensory kinds of symptoms of simple partials can be goosebumps?? Like part of an aura I think.

I get these feelings in different areas of my body..like just a leg.. or bilaterally too. It doesn't last too long and its not related to being sick.

Is this a kind of Simple partial??

My doctor didnt even know whta "goosebumps" were (he's not American). So its technical name is piloeruptions I think>or something close to that.
Does anyone know the correct name?

I get them all the time. I can even give myself goosebumps by thinking about them. and make my face flush by thinking about it.
 
Yup, simple partials can manifest as goosebumps.

They're a subset called autonomic seizures. (Below is from a definition from Epilepsy.com)

Autonomic seizures cause changes in the part of the nervous system that automatically control bodily functions. These common seizures may include strange or unpleasant sensations in the stomach, chest, or head; changes in the heart rate or breathing; sweating; or goose bumps.

That is interesting. When I go off any given AED, my blood pressure takes a serious dive, and my heart rate goes way up. It can't possibly be a seizure, because it lasts for hours. But there are times when I have other symptoms that don't last for hours, like my face turning super red or feeling super hot or super cold. I hadn't thought of any of this as a seizure.
 
It seems like almost any sensation can potentially be a seizure. I guess whatever the brain can generate, it can also generate abnormally.
 
I "googled it" and yes goosebumps CAN be a sign of autonomic simple partials. AND I have Dysautonomia or an autonomic disoder.

The neuro who diagnosed me did not know about "goosebumps" but then he is translating to English and its considered a slang word. He looked up at the resident and she told him its called piloerections.

I see my new epileptologist on Monday.. here I was scared to see her.
I think I am doubting everything in my life now.

I have to keep a log of MS symptoms and E symptoms/seizures.

Sometimes I feel like I am losing my mind!! LOL
