At work, this morning a lot of my coworkers asked if I was ok. I told them "Yes, why?" They said I turned white as a sheet and looked like I was going to bawl. I was having a good morning ... participated in the training. I certainly do not remember feeling that way. Usually if I am about to cry, I can't help it and cry my eyes out.
:dontknow:

If it were me, i would keep a record of it, and tell your coworkers to let you know if they see it happen again. Hugs-i hope it was nothing!

I usually let my neuro know about things that happen where I'm not sure if it's a seizure or not. If I know it was an actual seizure I might call him to let him know. Sometimes I get dizzy or my lips might tingle. My husband might tell me that he thinks I had a seizure because of the way I looked at the time or something that I was doing. These are things that I'll wait till my visit to tell him.

If I know it's an actual seizure, depending on how bad it was and if I'm having them very often I'll call him and let him know. However unless there is someone there to see me have a seizure I don't even know it happened.

I don't know if things could be a medicine side effect or maybe a seizure but I'll let him know about it.

I keep a journal/calendar with med changes, side effects, and weird occurrences. I have it on my phone. I also type up a list, with as much detail as I can, of the weird occurrences that have happened. I take the list with me to my appointments. I was diagnosed in December and am still getting used to this. It is like my brain has suddenly decided to do its own thing and forgot to let me in on it. It seems like the seizures have been changing and progressing. I can't predict what my seizures are going to be like. I will have to ask the neuro about it at my next appointment.

It's a good idea to keep a journal of your seizures that you have like you are doing. I do that also then type out a list and give it to my neuro on my visits. I also make sure I put on there any questions that I want to ask him too or I'll end up forgetting to ask them.

I can't predict what my seizures are going to be like at all. Sometimes they might be just little dizzy feelings, my lips will tingle or I'll be confused. Other times I'll completely blank out where I'll sit staring or I'll walk around and do things. I might talk during a seizure but what comes out sounds like baby talk. I have had tonic clonic seizures but it's very rarely that I have them. I don't know if there is anyone who can predict what the seizure is going to be like before they have it.

I usually don't have any type of aura knowing that the seizure is coming on either, some people do, I just go right into it.
