Noxema was recommended as "chamois cream" for cycling. Basically that means you might be sitting in it for hours. Basically it makes you more "comfy" and should help kill any

The ingredients include Camphor, and Eucalyptus. Both can cause seizures. Whether or not putting them in your shorts is a problem is an open question.

The thing is that it smells amazing, and should work great.
 
It would be pretty unusual for either of those ingredients to cause seizures when absorbed by your skin. The amounts are relatively low, and the amount absorbed by your skin would be unlikely to cross the blood-brain barrier.
