So, I have a kind of silly question...mostly just curious what everyone thinks. It's kind of interesting.

Does dreaming about having a seizure...very vivid and feeling like I'm going through it....does that count as an actual seizure? I am not waking up feeling post-ictal and I'm not noted as having signs externally have having a seizure. So I'm wondering what you guys think? In the dream it really does feel like I'm going into a seizure with all the bells and whistles of actually having one. Super weird isn't it? =)

Hope everyone is doing well.

::nods:: I will check that other thread. =)

My dreams have been becoming more vivid lately...I'm titrating up my Vimpat from 50mg to 100mg. Moving very slow since I'm pretty bad about going up to theraputic doses on the doctors schedule. The doc wants me at 200mg, but I've talked her down to 100mg...which is still therapeutic.
Grr.
Anyway...I'm interested to see what others have to say about it. =)

Several times I woke up thinking I just dreamt of having a seizure. It definitely feels like it was a dream, but when I do get out of bed, I do know it truly was a seizure. I have the VNS and I know it was a seizure because the magnet that goes with the VNS is lying in the bed beside me. But it feels sooooo nebulous. Like a dream..............

Intresting question CBernieBlack,i can't think off hand off dreams about actual seizures. But i certainly have dreams that in one way or another will include my medication or some other epilepsy related subject. But the way they are incorperated in the dreams, explaining them would be nigh on impossible
