employer terminated me as i have epilepsy

company wants my resignation under health issues only i.e epilpesy

work performance good , on floor performance good.. health is issue , only health is issue

i was hit once 3 months back and certified by doctor he is ready to work under any pressure,
i am not willing to give resignation and my doc also said dont give.
if i dont give resignation wat will happen? they can terminate me .
My company was started last 7 months i was joined intially and i am a pilot batch member &(starting batch) .

Finally they termianted me saying epilepsy and after epilepsy on floor performance is not reached company benifits but i did my work as my best

working for 12 hrs daily and i did everything wat my coworkers did.

And now a days i am getting those things in my sleep also how to get rid of this ..

Please help me and i am not feeling to do job also since they did like taking termination

i am mentally ill and these 2 weeks are mainly too torture for me ...

Help me wat to do .
 
That is against the law. They can't do that to you. I would contact the epilepsy foundation near you and an attorney as well. That's not right and not fair. Good luck to you. Hope everything works out.
 
Not knowing where you are geographically it's difficult to know what exact legislation you would be covered by but I think you would have a very strong case for constructive dismissal and a failure of your employer to make reasonable adjustment to accommodate your disability.

Contact local epilepsy organisation to get sign posting to further local organ and info.

You have been treated poorly and this will naturally have a crappy impact on your mentl health and well being. Hope you can access some local support soon.

After having a seizure on floor , i worked for 12 hrs a day(business needly on) before seizure i used to work 10 hrs and i provided equal work which my colleagues are provided they gave this below statement in termination.

your work does not reached company standards, the standards set by the company and also the epilepsy reasons given for the same does not match with the doctor certificate produced by you. Also mentioned few things in termination which was not even said by me to any of manager or process lead.

Lie - they said to improve my work and i said ill-health in this context - which is not said by me .

They asked me for resignation(forced me to resign) and [they forced me not to come to office and work and i am ready to work from home they havent agreed] only under health issues and i did not gave resignation they terminated me .

In termination - They haven't mentioned any date of joining and no last day of working. Is this a kind of termination or i am not giving resignation so they warning me i am having a doubt.
 
How long have you been employed by this organisation?

Did you have a probationary period?

no probotionary period , from past 5 months 10 days (of december) i worked for company and in this month they forced me not to come to office and forced resignation and finally they terminated
they are paying me this month as notice period of company is one month.
And after having one seizure in office they gave me NDA and appointment order, and for rest of employees.
 
I think contacting your local epilepsy or disability rights organisation is probably your best next step as they will be able to give you the correct advice and or sign posting.
