Do you know what Brewer's yeast is about?
I am aware foods like chicken, egg yolk, legumes, mackeral, peanuts, walnuts, salmon and tuna have the B6.

Metabolic diseases

A few rare inborn metabolic disorders, including pyridoxine-dependent epilepsy (PDE) and pyridox(am)ine phosphate oxidase (PNPO) deficiency, are the cause of early-onset epileptic encephalopathies that are found to be responsive to pharmacologic doses of vitamin B6.

I have PNPO Deficiency (confirmed via a genetic test).

It would be impossible for me to obtain enough vitamin B6 from diet alone to have any positive effects on my seizures. I therefore need to supplement on a daily bases. I have been prescribed vitamin B6 tablets since I was five months old (now 45 years old).
