Epilepsy e-Cards from the CDC!

The Centers for Disease Control now has 4 epilepsy-related E-cards. ("Wishing You a Seizure-Free Day", etc.). The sentiments are nice I guess, but they seem a little cheesy to me. What do you think? ...how condescending can they get.....And to think that this is a government agency.....And since when is PREGNANCY, DISABILITIES, or EPILEPSY to be considered anywhere in the jurisdiction of the center for DISEASE control. Last time I checked, they weren't DISEASES. (Obviously whoever came up with the card idea is not a person with a disablity or medical condition.)

i think there rude and posibly condesending and they should be burned flushing them is to nice that or put down as potty traing paper for puppy when they learnin to go outside. whom ever had this idea needs to be in our shoes for awhile to be taught a lesson

I got a reply from them and these somethin else people. they told me that some people with seizures actually like these cards grrr. i doubt thats true and on top of it in email they compared E to cancer i wanna stranggle . so grrr.

I just showed this to my boyfriend, who has epilepsy, and he was like what the... he was like if someone sent me one of these i would be sorta offended, they're terrible. Congrats on a seizure free month? Have a seizure free day?
Ugh, they make me so mad.
