Hey everyone...
Over three yrs ago I was diagnosed with epilepsy, in April 2012 I started getting unusual jerks, obviously I put it down to the epilepsy but my neurologist said that it was non epileptic (nes).
I found this difficult to accept and understand, but carried on as normal as possible.
Well here I am almost. A year. Later and still getting them!! Only difference is that they're worse and for frequent. My neurologist recommended cbt or some form of therapy. However I don't understand how these jerks can be nes bcoz I get them everyday! No matter what I'm doing or how much sleep I get!
I'm fed up its so frustrating plus the jerks hurt my wrist and other muscles where my body is spasaming
