Does this mean my seizure began on the R-side of my brain? And is it true that the R side of the brain controls the L side of the body?
I ask because I know that just prior to this seizure (in which my eyes rolled up and to the R), I had just experienced another seizure in which (mid-conversation) I'd dropped the phone I'd been holding in my L hand, yet burned some R-handed fingers with a cigarette I'd been holding (and continued to hold onto throughout the duration of the seizure). I somehow did not feel my R fingers burning though? And I did not drop the cigarette as I'd dropped the phone?
Also, I know the article below deals with pupil size mostly (which I also have problems with - mine are always pinpoint now), but I ran across this article in my attempt to research 'eye rolling'. The whole article is pretty neat, but scroll down to 'What Channel Are You Tuned To?' Apparently we move our eyes and 'look' in certain directions when we're recalling a picture, a sound, a feeling, talking to oneself, even lying...pretty neat article! And actually, if you arrow back or forward to the next page there are other signals and gestures that can be used as 'indications' of what's going on in a person's head and intention. Pretty neat!
