I hate days like today.

Sat in my chair not really sure of what I want to do

I don't want to eat, drink, listen to music, watch tv, walk around.. I feel like a spoiled kid. All these options open to me and I don't want to do any of them. I feel like just sitting here and staring blankly at the wall

What do you do when you're feeling resttless because I'm sure we've all had days like this (I know I have, countless times)

I watched many beautiful days go by with no interest in doing anything. I can usually sleep. Just need to wait it out unfortunately.

Gina, not sure where you live. Some people like having a bird feeder, it's fun to watch.

I’m really sorry you’re having one of those tough days, Gina. It’s absolutely okay to feel that way sometimes, and it doesn’t mean you’re spoiled. It’s just a sign that things feel overwhelming or draining.
On days like that, I try to remind myself that it’s okay to just exist without feeling pressured to be productive or even enjoy things. Sometimes I do something really simple like listening to ambient sounds or just lying down🤷🏿‍♂️. Other times, I don’t do anything at all, and that’s okay too.
The important thing is to be kind to yourself and not judge these feelings too harshly. If you’d like to chat more, please I’m here for you🫂

I always forget not to judge feelings (or myself) too harshly. I swear I am the worst for putting myself down

Thanks for the reminder and also the offer to chat.

I might take you up on it. I'm not very good with one on one conversation, but I can see what I can do

I can totally relate to that honestly. But acknowledging it is the first step. You being able to reach out and talk shows a lot of mental strength on your part 💪🏿 you’re already doing amazing by just being you.
And no pressure at all about the one on one chats. Whether you want to share just a little or vent, I’ll be right here. Take your time and do not feel obligated.
