Went to visit the GP today (my regular GP wasn't there so I saw one of her colleagues) and he agreed that it didn't seem that my symptoms were anxiety related - only been putting up with it for the past 8months and had psychiatrist want to put me on dexamphetamine (because i'm so ADHD). So now i'm going to have my Epilim levels tested and then afterwards will need to make an appointment with the neurologist.
Glad that someone actually seems to agree with what i've been feeling about it all. He said that it would be possible to trial another medication if it's E related but told me that a visit with the neurologist would be a good idea even though it's only been 8months (the neuro told me to go back in a year). So, now i'll need to go have blood tests and then on Friday or Saturday go back to see him.

That's great -- sounds like progress in the right direction.
