Since switching from lamictal to lamotrigine I seem to have more side effects mostly when it comes to concentration.
I have issues concentrating or thinking too hard on any one subject; it's like my brain is on pins and needles yet buzzing when I try to think to hard.
Anyone else have any issues like this?

I didn't have any problems when switching from the brand Lamictal to the generic Lamotrigine.

I didn't have any major problems until my plasma levels jumped all over the place and I had a couple t/c sz's. Be aware of the brand of generic - I don't trust Indian or Chinese, even the FDA is recognizing the quality control is a little questionable. I'm on Teva right now and eyes don't always focus well on small type, but otherwise ok. Insurance won't cover Teva any more so Doc is allowing me to go back to brand.
