My Paternal Uncle is the opposite way, he's in a 55-yr old body, but has the mind of a 3,4yr old. He even speaks like one. He has a speech impediment that causes some of it, but his mind is child-like to were he dosen't have the knowledge of what something is since kids at that age are also learning what things are. Or he just can't remember what something is called. A remote, for example, he calls it a "mote", other times it's just "That thing." as he's pointing to it. He's constantly re-learning what things are.
 
or how about a kid that is like an old fart? :ponder:
