I had been invited to participate in a trial of a new drug. Sure. Yes. A month later I get a call telling me they found data that shows that my seizures are too long and something else. Bummer, but hey I won't have to be so much of a trial study only to find out side effects? Win some loose some
 
yeah, it may be a blessing in disguise. Here's hoping they do eventually find a med that's a good match for your seizures.
