I have frontal sinus disease, and searched that and seizures and came up with this link: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17475201

It says:
A more uncommon consequence of frontal sinusitis is isolated epilepsy.

What does it mean by isolated and could that mean that sinus disease is causing my partial seizures?

When they say "isolated epilepsy" it means a few "isolated" seizures on their own without it becoming a life-long issue.

I wouldn't get too excited over this for the fact that they're saying it only happened twice (that they're aware of) and they did not state over what period of time these 2 episodes happened or any details.

Even they say it just means it should be researched a bit more in case.
It does not convey the existence of an endocranial complication but requires researching it.
