I am about to do 1 intensive day and if I can handle it a week of functional neurology and I was wondering if anybody has any personal experience. Juvenile myoclonic seizures only just after I wake. 50 years, male depakote, keppra being weaned off topimax because my doc gave me hepatic encephalopathy on it, but he is now putting me on onfi. So any info about this treatment would be appreciated. Has it worked for short term intervention or or was it something that needed to continue. Thanks for the help!

Hy dustmansam,

I don't think there'a lot of data out there about using functional neurology to treat epilepsy. I would imagine that like many other chiropractic procedures there might be need of follow-up or maintenance visits. Have you discussed this with your practitioner? Do they have any experience with other patients with seizure disorders?
