Hi everyone,
My daughter has just been diagnosed with epilepsy this last month. She had her first seizure at 13 months, on December 18th.
I live in France right now, but am planning on moving to London. I wonder if anyone would know of a good pediatrician/epilepsy specialist, who is also open to alternative treatments (vitamin/mineral supplementation, diets, etc).
Thank you so much!!

Also, if anyone knows of a good homeopath in London, we might be interested...

CHEERS and HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone!
Tia

Hi tia, welcome!

We have some UK members here, so I hope they will chime in with suggestions. I'm not familiar with the British system, and how much leeway you might have in choosing a pediatric neurologist.

In the meantime, I hope you feel free to explore the different forums here. You can read up on nutritional approaches here: http://www.coping-with-epilepsy.com/forums/f22/proactive-prescription-epilepsy-1254/

...among other places. You can also search for info on specific topics using the search tab at the top.

Best,
Nakamova
