in general I've heard it should be 50mg less per week at a time
the pills come in 100mgs each though
I could just empty out some other type of caplets and use those I guess
 
I know I had to do something like that before and you can actually buy empty capsules to use, now even though I am in Canada, I am sure most pharmacies can help out. If not, most health stores carry that stuff!
 
good idea about health stores - pharmacies probably can't touch the pills without breaking some sort of regulation - and health stores probably have scales right

You might also ask your pharmacy about buying some 50mg pills so you can supplement your supply of 100mg pills during your titration (as opposed to trying to break them up).
