Got an appointment with the neurologist

On the 17th december. Well it's about time, while they were taking their time I've had more seizures in the night. Got another migraine and the other night I banged my head in my sleep.

Not a new neurologist, same one as the one who put me on a very low dose of keppra. Low doses just don't control my epilepsy.

Hope it goes well on the 17th and you can get some good advice/rX from the doc. Take care of yourself in the meantime.

do a sleep study on you along with a e.e.g. this is how the found I was having
seizures in my sleep 1-2 hrs. before I would wake up each day. Then I was put
on vimpat and that stopped the seizures in my sleep.

I'm on a low dose of keppra. Low doses don't work for me, in fact I told him low doses are no good when I first saw him after last years seizure because it didn't work with tegretol. Had to up that years ago. Hopefully now he will accept that low doses just don't work for me. He said he has to start me on a low dose. Is that the portable eeg by any chance. My bf had one.
