I was watching the News on BBC last night (I'm a bit of a news junkie) & before going to the scene of a story they warned that there was a lot of flash photography. I'm assuming it was to prevent triggering seizures in viewers.
I watch news from all over N. America as well as the BBC & I've never seen any of them (or any other show for that matter) warn of flashing lights. I'm just impressed enough I felt I had to show my respects.
