Had another seizure last night

Not a tonic clonic. Yesterday I had a headache today I have a migraine. That happened 2 weeks ago had a headache, went to bed and at some point had some sort of seizure and ended up with a migrain. Again not aware. Epilepsy nurse said next week up my keppra again so then I will be on 1000mg. Had enough this is getting too regular for my liking. Keppra why won’t you work. Confused again just like last time. My epilepsy seriously needs putting back into it’s place. So back on the clobazam for a couple of days as instructed though meant to start that when I get warnings which I’m now thinking are the headaches before the seizure a warning. Dog acted no different except yesterday he was very clingy stuck to me like glue.

When the dog is clinging to you that's a sign you may have a seizure, the dog can smell a chemical our body gives off that we can't smell and this is a sign to them that a seizure will happen.
Years ago before I started having seizures I had wicked migraine headaches then the seizures started after that. Take my word there a conection to the both of them. I still can't help but wonder if you aren't starting to have the myoclonic seizures where they happen when you go to bed or when you first wake up. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!

Maybe the Keppra dose has to be even higher, I had to go to 3000mg a day myself. I feel your pain today with the migraine. I've got one today, woke up with it. Sue is right about the dog.

Hang on. When I was 12 I was having seizures every 2 weeks always tonic clonic seizures. I have an implant in for endometriosis. Last time that started running out I was having seizures, now 3 years later it is about to run out on 17th october so is being replaced on monday. Could it be that when my implant starts running out of hormones my seizures start again. Could my implant running out be sending epilepsy bonkers thus causing my seizures? If that turns out to be the case then I will be fine for 3 years then just get the implant replaced sooner before my epilepsy has chance to pop up again. If that is the case then mr short sighted about epilepsy Nak knows what I’m referring too will get a shock. Fingers crossed hopefully we have worked it out.

Hold that thought Nak. Good idea but hold that thought, my implant is running out, 3 years ago when it was running out my seizures started up again then I had it replaced, this one is running out and my epilepsy is misbehaving again.

Well it has to be replaced every 3 years. Chemist is next door to the doctors so implant is ordered and we will pick it up on the way, then go next door out comes this old implant in goes a new one and hopefully that will be me 1 epilepsy 0. Just hope implant number 2 in other words this one I have now comes out easier than the first one.
