Had seizures for 30yrs

Hello Everyone,

I suffer from two forms of seizures Grandmal & Temporal-lobe epilepsy and for 30yrs I've gone though hell and back with one ailment after another plus on top brain damage through being wrongly diagnosed, as I was surposed to be suffering from Schizophrenia when it was the Temporal-lobe epilepsy besides a right cocktail of meds, to then find out in 2008 I was born with Lupus where the epilepsy stems from besides having A1 Diseases overlapping autoimmune Diseases.

I have tonic clonic (grandmal) absence,simplepartial, complex partial,generalized sz's
I've had a VNS,RTL taken a lot of different meds I'm refracractory.
I'm had epilepsy 50 years but there are otheres on the board that have had it longer than me.

Thank you also for the warm welcome and my Grandmal entails everything you've stated (absence,simplepartial, complex partial,generalized sz's) but never add VNS,RTL like yourself to help them.
You have to really feel for those who have had it longer than ourselves but the Temporal-lobe as been a nightmare to me as the behaviour is identical to schizophrenia and that's why I got wrongly diagnosed.
