I have a harder time recovering from my seizures when alone cause when i come out of it or wake up have no idea whats going on and right now really have knowone to lean on when it comes to this my family not there have a friend could talk to but 4 hour time lapse so our times are complicated if anybody knows how to handle being alone plz let me know b/c my wife just gets stressed when she see's them anyways.

I wished I could have someone there after a T/C but knowing that other people will be more stressed or upset than I am as well as the fact that I can't communicate & they will have no clue what I want to say makes me realize that being alone is actually the best situation I can be in.

Also realizing that my emotions are part of the post-ictal part of the seizure so in a way they're not my real emotions helps.

I don't mind being alone. Of course there's usually the time lag until I realize that I've actually had a seizure. Then it helps if I can call a friend or family member just to let someone know and vent a bit. If I'm feeling basically functional, I just take it easy -- maybe put some music on and lie down.

well it doesn't matter now will be home alone all the time wife left me this morning couldn't handle seizures or mood swings happened before it hurt but still here.

I know this is going to seam weird, but have you thought about getting a seizure alert dog?
The dog will be with you 24/7, 365 days a year. There are many things that these dogs can do for there owner. And you can talk to you new friend I know it's not like talking to a person but they will never judge you. They will just love you.
Good luck
