I've been experiencing this weird sensation like where a person can be sitting right next to me and then I feel like they are far away from me. Why is this happening to me?
 
A type of disassociation maybe? Are you conscious having these feelings or find yourself having passed out? Maybe a partial seizure? Hope you're ok x
 
I have had times that I swear people who aren't even in the house are in the room with me. Sometimes I think I'll even see them. It's really weird.

I don't think I'm having any type of seizure but who knows?
 
I get deja vu type feelings - this has happened before or is going to happen soon. Always had them as a kid and it was ok. Now if I get them I know a seizure is lurking.
 
YES-i certainly have.It seemed my seizures changed from absence seizures and tonics to these.I went and saw a neurologist about these symptoms.Here is her diagnosis-Primary generalized epilepsy with TC seizures since 1992.Episodes off de-realisation possibly partial seizures.So i would assume they are some sort off simple partial,mine end up with a tonic but this feeling only started around a year and a half or so.My Caramazepine Retard was put up by 200mg to 1000mg and i have only experienced it once since the med increase.

I would certainly advise seen your gp or your neuro to get to the bottom off this.I know the feeling it's bloody horrible.I used to feel like i was in a dream and voices seemed miles away.All the best and let us know how you got on.
 
Yea I'm conscious when these feeling come. I will be making me an appt to see my neurologist asap since u mentioned it. Thanks you guys cuz I really didn't know wats to .
 
I have complex partial but they have changed . Before I would see colored flashes with some sort of face in the middle .With in seconds it took over 90% of my eyesight and I did not know where I was or what was happening . Afterwards I could not talk for a while and I was cold .They took place in my occipital lobe where your eyesight is . Changed meds , now I have no idea when I have seizures . I think I have them at night sometimes because I wake up trembling and can't really get out of bed for 15 min. I don't know if that helped you . good luck
