First of all I've extremely tired and exhausted for two days, my vision keeps going in and out kind of like a tv changing channels, my eyes feel weird like uncomfortable and I need to rub them, I've got dizzy and fell up the stairs, headaches. Rising and falling in my stomach. Ringing in my ears. I don't wanna go see my epileptologist cuz all they do is increase the meds and tell me its NEAD which I know this is not NEAD. I don't know what to do. Doesn't this mean my meds aren't working?
having seizures...does anyone get this symptoms?

If u are stressed out such things may happen, so first of all take complete rest. But dear, u have to go to the doc, may be it turns out to be serious. This rising and falling in stomach feels like anxiety attack. Can not tell much having similar symptoms myself!!!

Which meds are you on? Are they anti-anxiety ones? It's possible your symptoms could mean that the dose needs adjusting, but if you are having seizures then anti-anxiety meds won't really help. Write down detailed info about your symptoms, and see another doc if necessary to get a handle on what's going on. At the very least, your symptoms sound like migraines and they could be seizure-related as well.
