Hi everyone,

My daughter, Marina, is 23 and has been having seizures since she was 18. I'm writing on her behalf because at the moment she is on a boat and has no access to the internet. She is 23 and has been having seizures for 5 years, despite trying various AEDs. We're very concerned about the side effects of these, and are now experimenting with various supplements in an attempt to reduce her seizures, and hope to benefit from other people's experiences with doing this. Hi Dee, welcome to the forum. :hello:

There is a lot of information in this site about supplements and other alternative (non-drug) therapies. Check out the "tag cloud" (word links) on the home page or the index of best forum threads for a good place to browse the site. You can also use the search function if you are looking for discussions on a specific topic.
