Oh I agree that some are better than others and here in Britain I think they are few and far between. My last good one was about 20yrs ago. I have don't usually have trouble remembering meds. My main fear is having Grand mals and there being nobody there to make sure they don't go on too long that I end up with brain damage again and wandering dangerously when I go through a session of repeated petite mals.
There is no epilepsy foundation available to us here in Britain and where I live we don't even have a support group, this is the first time I have been able to talk openly to others with E. I am on Lamictal, Topamax and Epilim.
