I've had two seizures in the last three weeks. Both of them came 10 minutes after finishing swimming and rinsing off in the shower (I have never had a seizure while swimming and have swam for 25 years). I was taken to the ER, even thougth there was no need to. They tested my Tegretol, Electrolytes, and Blood Sugar. All of them were OK. I have been stessed out for the last two to three months. It it possible that played a role. I forgot to add that this was swimming in the ocean, not a swimming pool.

Exercise, showers or temperature changes can be triggers for some. Even though they haven't been triggers for you in the past, it's possible you are more sensitive to them now, especially if your seizure threshold has been lowered by stress. Sometimes the fluorescent lights in swimming pools/gyms can be triggers too (although if you're not generally photosensitive you can probably rule that out.).

And I meant to say I'm sorry about the seizures! I hope you are feeling okay and not too sore.
