Hi Steve, thanks for introducing yourself! :hello:

Sharon is truly blessed to have you looking out for her (and vice versa I'm sure).

I hope that you might practice reading around in here. I can't promise that you will be challenged with more than a 10th grade level prose, but I do think you'll find friends struggling with similar issues and maybe even laugh at a joke or two.

Hi Steve,

it's VERY nice to meet you! How lucky you are to have your mom, and how lucky she is to have you! Of course, we can't forget Kim........

Welcome to CWE..........we promise you'll love it around here.

And THANK YOU for taking such good care of your mother. She truly is precious....

Hi Steve & Welcome to the group! :)

Although you both deal with terrible problems, I think it's wonderful that you and your mom are there for each other. You are also blessed to have Kim. I deal with a lot of memory problems too, and I know it can really get you down. You've come a long way and I wish you well.
Sincerely,
Josie

Hi Steve! Welcome to CWE. :) Glad to finally meet you. :) As Josie said, you've come a LONG way. You should be proud of yourself. It's so good to finally meet you. Your mom is lucky to have such a caring and loving son.

Hello Steve~
Welcome to the CWE Board. Nice to meet you. I can say your mom is a wonderful person. She has helped me on questions when needed. So the 2 of you put together are a great pair that help each other. Your mom is lucke to have you as a great and loving son. And you are lucky to have her as a caring and loving mother. You take care of yourself.

:shake:

It is nice to meet you Steve and Kim. I am glad to be able to finally shake your hand :shake: for all the good things you have done for your Mom. Her strength is an inspiration to many of us here and I am so glad that I have learned to know her over these last several months.

Keep your spirits high Steve. Life is not going to be easy for you as you have already figured out. But with Kim by your side, you can still have a wonderful future. You have already proven that you can learn, so don't let others put you down because they know something from a book. You know lots of other things that those people don't. One of the big ones is your ability to care for others.

I am also a history nut. Though I have never found any records of ancestors in the civil war, I recently purchased a book about the soldiers from my hometown that served in the war. Their company started out in Virginia, went west to Vicksburg, back through Tennessee, down through Georgia, and finished in the Carolinas. Yes, I am a Yankee from Ohio. Your Mom has told me some of your ancestors are from here. One thing I found interesting was that the soldiers from this area were German and French immigrants and spoke only German and French when the war started.

Please continue to keep your Mom safe. She loves you dearly.

Kim, it is also nice to meet you. Please keep us up to date with Sharon's progress at the clinic if she is not able. You are a good person and it sounds like you were meant for this family. God Bless and keep in touch!

It's so nice to meet you, Steve. I know that you and Kim are a blessing to your Mom and we appreciate you keeping us updated as she travels to CC.

Cool. I'll know who to go to if I need help with History. I love math.

I did have a professor who came in to class one day dressed like a confederate with his weapons, muzzle and full suit. He also is a re-enactor in Gettysburg, PA. I should go back there and visit again. I find history interesting.

Welcome Steve and Kim. Steve I'm a mom with epilepsy and a son who is 10 and has epilepsy. He hates it.Last night he spit out his meds.It takes a lot of strength to help your mom like you do. My son is not very good in math. But he is really good in military things. Like history. For Halloween he dressed up like a soldier. Make up and all. I think you would like him. He would like you to.Talk to to later. Teresa

Hi Steve how are you doing? Are you ok? I hope you two are getting a good nights rest. You know come here if you need to talk with Kim. I am praying for all of you. Teresa
