Hi, everyone! I'm wondering if someone can point me to the best thread/area for someone looking to inquire about possible natural alternatives. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You!!

I have found alternatives to work more effectively than any med that we tried. However, I would consider that being on meds for many years, most likely has helped to change brain function. Alternatives are not a quick fix, and many on meds expect a quick reaction.
Understanding how healing takes place, and being focused and determined to stick with it for the long haul, is necessary to see results... IMO

We are lucky that my daughter is still young and her brain is still growing. So it is quite possible that we see better results quicker than most would. I still believe in the long run the quality of life, and the quality of health will improve with many of the suggested alternatives on this site.

Alternatives are

helping me, too. I am a celiac patient in addition to having 4 types of E............and while, I do use meds, I probably would be on a lot more if I didn't use a strict form of the GARD diet in order to live. The celiac diet is just that...........a REALLY strict form of the GARD diet, and I have CWE to thank for helping me out. I had started out on the GARD diet here, to begin with, so switching wasn't quite so bad.........

Take care,

Meetz

Meetz do you have any good cheap recipies for coeliac, any new ones always welcomed, they need to feed a family of 4. Am having difficulty in UK with finding gluten-free foods/meals/suppliers of ingredients.
