Welcome to CWE! I'm really glad you found us.
This forum has been a lifesaver for me. Everybody in here has great knowledge. They've told me all the things I wish my doctor would have, but didn't. I've been able to understand seizures better, and take better care of myself.
If there's a topic you are particularly interested in, there's a "search" function near the top on the right hand side. It's great for finding stuff in here, because the number of strings in the forum is huge.
You can also look in the different "rooms." They are all worth a glance through.
If you just want to see the latest stuff click on "new posts" at the top.
