Hi all, I've never joined an epilepsy forum before. After a 25 year gap, I was hit with two tonic clonic seizures last week. Its left me quite frightened.

It's normal to be frightened when you get hit with E.

You will be OK

Have you started keeping a dairy, list everything seiz., med. side effects, triggers, foods that could to a trigger.

This forum is the best thing I have found since I was diag. Hoping this will be same for you.
