I've been seizure free for 4-1/2 months now, longest time in 2 years. Last night I woke up to find my arm reaching up toward the ceiling like I was trying to receive something someone was handing me. In a dream state one is not able to move body parts with intention. Do you think this arm thing was part of a
seizure?

One of the main things to go by is how you normally feel after a seizure. Did you feel this way in the morning?
It is also possible to have limbs move a bit in sleep like what they were doing more forcefully in the dream (eg. trying to open a jar using forceful movements in the dream can sometimes trigger a flick of the wrist in one's sleep).

Definitely was not a flick of the arm/wrist. Was a steady state of my arm for a period of time. Have felt pretty depleted and sore in many places. Hard to know if depleted and sore is secondary to the event described above or a couple of other intervening variables. Will just have to see how it all plays out. One of my mantras or slogans, not sure if those are the right words, but.."More shall be revealed." And, in time, it always is.

Thanks for responding.
