Its so hot outside. No wind at all. And I've been outside for an hour trying to get to work. Now my last bus hasn't shown up and I'm dizzy and not even sweaty anymore. Just dry burning heat! I feel like barfing!
 
If you can, sit down and put your feet up.

That sounds like heat exhaustion. Very hot but not sweating and nausea are symptoms. That's dangerous even without epilepsy. Doubly so with. It's important to get cool, hydrated.
