I had a few seizures last night I documented them as auras because nothing really happened but what if I just wasn't in a position where anything could happen. - most of my seizures are tonic or tonic-clonic... but I've had most if not all of the other types too. on saturday I didn't feel right but didn't realize I was actually having issues until I was on the phone with my mom and couldn't reply to her comment right away. I was having simple partials.

If you have an atonic (or tonic) drop seizure, your consciousness is only impaired/lost briefly. You will regain consciousness on the floor - possibly with bruises, cuts or scrapes - but you won't have any of the other indirect evidence of a full blown tonic clonic - sore calf muscles, bitten tongue/cheek, etc. You might not even be completely prone. Stacy has landed on her butt in a sitting position before.

they were nocturnal seizures. It was like I woke up, felt "off", and went back to sleep. I'm wonderimg if it may have been an atonic seizure but because I was lying down nothing really happened. Any thoughts?

Oh, I missed that. Unless you are video taping yourself or have an eyewitness close by, it's going to be pretty hard for you to determine what kind of seizure you had.
