How long for a diagnosis?

Now I know I am having more then I first thought and why I am so tired all the time. I noticed I barely sleep and the seizures stop me going into a deeper sleep.

Must be nice to have one mystery solved!

I've never seen what I look like during my tonic-clonic seizures (no-one's had a video camera handy). But other folks are more curious -- particularly with nocturnal seizures -- and it can be a help with diagnosis. A number people have recorded their seizures and uploaded them to YouTube -- which can be good or disturbing depending on your perspective...

I think I would be way too embarrassed to put it on YouTube :/ I think I will show my epileptologist. Way too embarrassed to show anyone else but I am sure I will feel ok to show others later. I do not want to look like an idiot and putting a video up that is not seizures. Even though I assume that is what temporal lobe seizures look like. I am actually finally relieved for the first time in 16 months as I now know what is happening during the night. Now I need to get one of the bad ones I have during the day on camera.

Marty I am so glad I know what is happening now Hopefully it is the next step to getting my licence back. It rained on me today walking to the train and I had to wear wet shoes all day at work I hate wet shoes.

I must be strange that I am smiling that i have finally caught a seizure on camera. Not happy they are seizures but happy i now know whats happening in my sleep.
