Yesterday I left work for my dental appointment. I made sure I left with enough time, brushed my teeth, grabbed my bite apparatus thinking everything was good. I get there and they hand me a claim form to sign for my wife. I then say I'm for my appointment. They said my appointment was for the next day. I got the day wrong and even got the time wrong. I've done that a few times with my dentist and I have even done this with family doctor's appointments. Luckily I haven't done it with any of my specialist appointments.
