I am having problems from time to time with my JME.

My myoclonics get super-bad sometimes. For instance, today... I can't seem to read more then a page without going bug-eyed from continuous myoclonics... makes me mad 'cuz I wanna read this book but I physically can't right now. Anyone know anything to do for 'bad days' with myoclonus to make it check out in a hurry so you can get on with your day?

Is reading a trigger for you? It can be for some folks. You might want to see what happens if you avoid it (if possible). Maybe do books on tape? Take a look at your lighting situation and reading posture too -- different kinds of lights and set-upscan be problematic or triggering. And as Chaz says, get your eyes tested to see if eyestrain is making things worse.
