Does anyone else experience hunger as their aura before a possible seizure? It's gotten so I get worried if I find myself getting hungry.

I've never heard of hunger as being an aura to a seizure. Is it possible that being hungry is triggering a seizure in some way? Low blood sugar, for instance, could be the cause of the seizure, rather than the seizure causing the hunger, so to speak.

Yes, Res has a good point that low blood sugar could be the culprit, not actually the hunger per se.

Have you had an HBA1C test? Ever been told you had (or were at risk for) diabetes?

The best way to stabilize your blood sugar so that when you do get hungry it's not the passing out kind of hunger is to cut all refined sugar out of your diet and eat mostly veggies and protein with fruit as your occasional "candy". This evens out the blood sugar roller coaster ride and keeps your levels more, well, level.

Welcome, BTW.
