I’m not a big believer in “Dr.Google”. I think it can cause more confusion sometimes.

Last week post seizure:
I was sleeping on and off for about three days. Getting about 6 hours of sleep a day.
Not tired though
I was also walking 4 miles a day without leaving my house. I did mow the lawn once, and I also did a lot of yard work. Plus my son got home from college. So that made things busier.

That being said google put into words what I was thinking.
Hypomania

Symptoms are milder and last at least four days, but can last up to several months. People with hypomania may feel happy, euphoric, or have a sense of well-being. They may also be very excited, irritable, and agitated, and have increased sexual energy, self-esteem, or self-confidence. Hypomania doesn't usually cause a major deficit in social or occupational functioning, and people with hypomania remain functional. Hypomania might only slightly alter judgment and decisions, and it's less likely to require hospitalization

Yesterday I took a decent nap and then slept through the night. I could tell it was over.

Hypomania sounds a lot like a mild anxiousness to me.
