I haven't been on here in a while cuz I've been takin care if my kids. My daughter had to go to the hospital for her asthma early one morning. And on then then this weekend we went out of town. So I was pretty busy. So on we goin to play catch up, on Mon morning I woke wit this real bad headache and bad body aches and was tryin to figure out wat really happened but my husband didn't tell me. So I figured it out myself that I had a seizure in my sleep and I also wasn't able to walk up the stairs to go to the bathroom by myself either ain't that crazy?

Sounds like you had a Grand Mal and that is no fun. It sounds a lot like how I feel after one and that headache, sorry you woke up with that.

I am also sorry about the fact that you had the headache afterwards. I have had multiple ways of coming out of seizures but that is the most painful. Even though you had your seizure sleeping I can only say the best medicine for me after most seizures but especially the grand mal seizures is sleep. They always made me exhausted. I hope things get better soon.
