I worked in yard this weekend, turn my left foot. Had to go to ER had X-ray, Dr. Said some big word, meaning I have I internal swelling.

I was fine thru the rest of the day, it wasn't until I got up from watching TV to go to bed that I couldn't walk on it.
My foot looked white and the swelling keep moving up my left leg.

Dr. gave pres. for strong pain pills(I not getting this filled)
I am to stay off of it with ice on it.

Now I have turn my foot M!MMAAAANNNYYY times but never had this problem.

I'm grateful, it was broken.

But you should see my yard---looking good.

ice and elevation will take swelling down - -hugs- gets better soon!!

That is nasty what happened but I hope it is ok soon. huskymom might be on to something there, what about those pictures. Only joking
